About
Success happens by design.
Growth will grow. Left alone, a business will get bigger in whatever direction is easiest. Success is different: it only shows up when someone decides what it means and builds toward it on purpose.

What we mean by success
Success is what the business is supposed to produce for the people who built it: freedom, impact, wealth, time, family, scale. Different for everyone, and worth naming out loud before you design anything around it.
The three moves
Understand
See what is actually happening, not the story you tell about it. The customer, the model, the offer, the market, and the constraint underneath the symptom.
Decide
Choose what matters next and what you are deliberately not doing. A decision that costs nothing to make usually was not one.
Build
Turn the decision into offers, systems, and a rhythm that hold up when you are not in the room.
Why the order matters
Skip understanding and you build fast in the wrong direction. Skip deciding and you build everything at once. Skip building and you have a very clear point of view and nothing to show for it.
Design yours on purpose
Start with the situation you recognize, or find the constraint holding the rest back.
