By Bussco · With ALEX inside
Workspace
Workspace is Bussco's connected strategy and execution platform. ALEX is the business brain inside, helping you work from your first idea to an established business: define customers and offers, draft business plans and campaign content, and review connected metrics and weekly priorities. You decide what to accept.
Strategic tools require a paid subscription or a Bussco-issued promo code. Explore the demo below without an account or payment.

What you can do in Workspace
Plan the work. Keep the decisions and results with it.
Keep customer and offer details ready to use.
Add your customers, offers, products, pricing and brand voice to the Business Brain. Review existing work before creating new options, and choose which details to reuse in your next strategy or campaign.
Ask ALEX about the business you have saved.
Ask which customers an offer serves, what supports a decision or what information is missing. ALEX answers from your business context, identifies sources and distinguishes assumptions from confirmed information. Documents are included only when explicitly shared with ALEX.
Draft campaign content with Lyra.
Use your customer, offer, positioning, content pillars and brand voice to draft text for a campaign. Review, revise and save the version you want to use. Publish through your own channels; Workspace does not automatically publish or generate images and videos.
Find the decision behind an assigned action.
Record what your team decided and why, link supporting evidence and assign next steps. Keep documents and saved work alongside those records, and check team activity to see what changed. Roles determine who can view, edit or approve.
Review the week's updates and open questions.
Monday checks run around 8:30 a.m. in your business time zone, with configured alerts and email preferences. Open the Briefing to read the shared ALEX synthesis of updates, decisions, evidence gaps, pipeline, finance and experiments. Read or listen, answer an open question and revisit previous editions. Quarterly and annual reviews help you assess a longer period.
Use recorded results to review your plan.
Add campaign performance observations and customer feedback as evidence. Link them to what they support or challenge, then review whether your customer, offer or positioning needs to change. Your team accepts changes; a result or AI suggestion never changes business knowledge automatically.
Build a business plan you can actually review.
Start with typed or voice setup guided by ALEX, even at the idea or MVP stage. Generate business plans, SWOT analyses, pitch narratives, sales sheets and team briefs from recorded knowledge. Review sources and gaps, save a new version, and export in English or Spanish as PDF or Markdown. Drafts never change the Brain.
Choose the metrics your business needs.
Add from a source-aware KPI catalog, customize targets and arrange historical charts. Active businesses get Sunday-night samples before Monday review. Supported connected accounts add authorized readings, including Meta, Fresha and your business’s Paddle account. Missing data stays unknown, not zero; availability depends on setup and permissions.
Connect customer strategy to your pipeline.
Use the built-in CRM or select a configured external CRM. Review ideal customer profiles, buying groups, journey touchpoints and real customer feedback across five focused Customers views. Explicitly align deals to ICPs; Offers keeps products, packaging, pricing and deliverables distinct. CRM-wide totals do not imply offer-specific revenue or current customer contracts.
Bring each team to the right desk.
Executive governance connects quarterly bets and reviews. Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance desks bring relevant pipeline, content, work and scenario context together. Track experiments and financial assumptions separately from approved results. Assigned consulting projects and deliverable approvals remain a separately scoped service, not included consulting.
For your team
Different responsibilities. Useful work for each team.
Invite people with defined roles. Each team uses the same business knowledge, with access and actions determined by its permissions.
Founders & executive teams
Review priorities before choosing the next move.
Use the weekly briefing, saved decisions and executive summary to review what needs attention and explain your choices to the team.
- Keep the reasoning behind decisions
- Review the week and the bigger picture
- Shape an executive brief you can share
Marketing & content teams
Move from campaign plan to reviewed copy.
Choose the audience and offer, draft text with Lyra, and keep the versions and performance observations with the campaign.
- Align content with your pillars and voice
- Draft with Lyra from your business context
- Connect campaign results to the next plan
Sales & client-facing teams
Prepare conversations with the right offer details.
Review customer profiles, product details and approved pricing before a client conversation, then record what you learn as evidence.
- Understand who each offer serves
- Find product details and approved pricing
- Bring customer insights back to the team
Operations & delivery teams
Follow assigned actions and find shared files.
See assigned next steps, consult the decisions behind them, and use shared documents and team activity to stay up to date.
- Keep documents and assets easy to find
- Catch up on team activity
- Keep execution linked to decisions
Connected to your tools
Your strategy, connected to what's happening in the business.
Connect this business’s own accounts. Review summaries as evidence, select a supported CRM source, or add available connected metrics to your KPI charts. ALEX and the Briefing use relevant business context; each workflow keeps its source and limits.
Sample data.
Sales & CRM
Bring pipeline, recent wins, new contacts and company research into your Workspace, so ALEX and your Monday Briefing reflect what is really happening in sales.
Revenue, commerce & bookings
Review supported revenue, orders and booking measures with their source and period. Fresha reporting requires a usable Data Connector; your business’s Paddle account is separate from Bussco subscription billing.
Marketing & audience
Bring followers, reach, search clicks and campaign results back into planning, so the next campaign learns from the last one.
Work & team knowledge
See open and overdue work, active boards and recent documentation, or send items from other apps through Zapier for your team to review.
- Use guided setup and a connection test; availability depends on provider access and configuration.
- Reporting reads authorized data. Optional CRM writes need explicit configuration and matching provider permissions; ads remain read-only.
- Review imported evidence before saving it. Selected KPI trackers separately record scheduled readings; they do not confirm Brain facts.
- Imported information never overwrites confirmed facts in your Business Brain.

An example workflow
From choosing a customer to reviewing a campaign.
Use the tools in sequence when you need a new plan, or start with saved work and focus on one question. Each step produces work you can review, edit and reuse.
01
Bring your existing knowledge
Add business details or review information from your saved Checkup. Confirm the fields you want to keep; you do not need to complete everything before starting.
02
Choose a customer to focus on
Compare candidate customer segments, build an ideal customer profile and explore buyer roles and personas. Save the options you choose to use.
03
Define the offer and positioning
Use that customer profile to develop an offer and explain how it differs from alternatives. Review the proposals, edit them and accept the direction you want.
04
Create a campaign plan
Build a saved plan from your chosen customer, offer and positioning. Organize buyer journey stages and next steps, then draft the text you need with Lyra.
05
Use the content and record results
Publish outside Workspace, then add performance observations and notes to the campaign. Keep those results available for the next review.
Review before anything becomes accepted knowledge
Compare the proposal. Choose what to keep.
A tool result is a proposal, not a change to your business profile. Review it against your saved knowledge and evidence, edit the parts that need work, then explicitly accept what belongs in the Business Brain. Original work and attribution remain available.
