Amy Khafash is a Venezuelan-American serial entrepreneur and business strategist who founded Bussco in 2019 to help businesses turn ambitious ideas into meaningful, sustainable growth.
With a background spanning entrepreneurship, economics, brand development, technology, sales, and business operations, Amy works alongside founders and leadership teams to turn their visions into reality. Her approach connects strategic thinking with hands-on execution, helping businesses clarify their direction, strengthen their positioning, and build the systems needed to move forward.
Her entrepreneurial journey has also included exploring how digital transformation and technology is reshaping the way businesses operate, from early concepts in AI development to digital platforms and strategic tools. That same curiosity, paired with an interest in human behavior, decision-making, and innovation, continues to influence how she approaches new challenges and opportunities through Bussco.
